My love for tea and natural remedies started as a child visiting my grandmother in Puerto Rico, where she would gather h erbs to help with whatever ailed me. My mom also passed down the calming power of chamomile. These early experiences inspired my passion for helping others through the healing power of plants.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Complementary and Alternative Medicine, focusing on aromatherapy and herbalism. As a Reiki Master, I’ve had the pleasure of helping many people on their healing journeys, and I’ve spent years crafting custom tinctures. During the pandemic, my elderberry tincture was in high demand, and I delivered it to medical professionals and individuals seeking immune support.

We live on a small farm in Naples, Florida, where I enjoy my herbal garden and spending time with our farm animals and fur babies.
